Free Yoga Workshop at Mission Cliffs
Yoga Basics Workshop
with Kate Schox- Saturday, September 16th
12pm - 2pm. In this two hour Yoga Basics workshop, we will explore some of the fundamental yoga postures, breathing & meditation techniques. Students will leave with a basic understanding of yoga styles, proper alignment, & modifications, & will be prepared for most beginner and all level classes. Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing and refrain from eating two hours prior to the beginning of class.
This is a free member event. Space is limited to the first 30 participants.
