Feel intimidated by a fast-paced yoga class? Would you like to challenge yourself in the new year? Join our 4-week beginner series geared to those who are new to yoga, or would like a refresher on the details of the poses. Focus will be given to the "vinyasa" poses practiced in the other Mission Cliff's yoga classes, as well as balance postures and restorative poses. Join Eleni -recently returning from India.....! and a 10 year practitioner, 8 year teacher! This is a free member event. Sign-up at the front desk for the series. Space is limited.
